Kfz-Kennzeichen can be used to find the name of a german city by the first letters of a car's license plate.
Installation: Kfz-Kennzeichen should run on every java enabled mobile phone. I have tested it with a Siemens S55 only but no mobile phone specific features have been used.
Just download the JAD and JAR files. Create a directory called "Kennzeichen" and put the downloaded files into it.
